Able to work virtually – on-site and on-line with individuals to promote optimum mental and
emotional health. As well as to an ethnically and culturally diverse population of children, adolescents, and young
adults, and employees in the workforce
• Develop medical treatment plans. Prescribe, direct, or administer psychotherapeutic treatments or
medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders.
• Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions,
conclusions or approaches to problems.
Qualifications:
• Licensed — must have earned a master's degree or Ph.D., M.D., in a mental health-related field of
study, such as clinical mental health counseling, psychology, or social work from an accredited school.
• Work-related experience
• Establish empathy and compassion and the ability to treat others with understanding and respect.
• Emotional resilience and initiative to work in challenging situations
• Bilingual is a plus
