Remuneration : €6,000 - €8,000 per month, depending on experience, including a share of generated clinic revenue.

Summary : As the Lead Dentist at Zahnärzte Arabella85, you will head our clinical operations, providing top-tier dental care while leading a team of dedicated professionals. This role is crucial for maintaining the high standards of our prestigious clinic and for driving the strategic direction of our dental services. Role within the Organization : The Lead Dentist serves as a cornerstone of our clinic's success, setting the standard for care and professionalism. You will work closely with the management team to align clinical goals with business objectives, ensuring that our clinic remains at the forefront of dental healthcare services.

Responsibilities :

1. Assess and respond to the dental needs of patients, ensuring compassionate and effective care.
2. Develop and lead a team of dental professionals, promoting an inclusive and collaborative work environment.
3. Drive operational excellence by streamlining clinical processes and enhancing patient satisfaction.
4. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by initiating training and development opportunities for staff.
5. Collaborate with management on business development initiatives and represent the clinic at professional gatherings and conferences.

Qualifications :

1. Must be fully licensed to practice dentistry in Germany.
2. Prior experience in a dental practice, with a track record of leadership and clinical excellence.
3. Fluent in German and proficient in English, with superior verbal and written communication skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to manage and develop a team, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
5. Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
