Job Description
Support the Business Officer Marketing & Communications in the creation of the internal communications plan and ensure the operational implementation of internal communication pieces (memos, newsletters, etc.) for the business unit with the following activities:
- Understanding of specific local characteristics, objectives and resulting internal customer needs.
- Advising management and business units and other internal customers on the planning, implementation and commissioning of internal communications campaign and activities.
- Translating the technical/content-related communication needs of business units into briefings for the execution of internal communication requirements.
- Conceptualizing and creating editorial contributions for internal communication channels and platforms in collaboration with business units.
- Leveraging global marketing and communications guidelines and tools to achieve desired work output with maximum efficiency.
- Creation of draft content (e.g. blueye messages) for the intranet.
- Supporting the communication of strategies or management messages from the executive level of the business unit.
- Coordination with and interface to Corporate Communications.
Experience & Further QualificationsMinimum 1 year of professional experience in related area.
