We are currently looking to recruit a Project/Program Configuration and Change Manager (m/f/d) in Mannheim, Germany.

Your role:
• Keeps the project/program Configuration and Change Management under control during the whole project/program life cycle
• Plans, integrates, develops, drives and monitors the application of the Configuration Management process and verifies that the Change Management process is properly applied and CM principles are rigorously respected.

Responsibilities:

1. Plans, implements and drives CCM process within their project or program.
2. Analyses, reviews and provides the compliance statement on CCM related requirements (customer, partner and internal).
3. Creates and maintains the Configuration Strategy and publishes Configuration Baselines and Target Configurations.
4. Verifies and releases components that will be considered as Configuration items.
5. Ensures Supplier Configuration Management incl. CM requirement negotiation.
6. Monitors the CM process and Configuration Status including reporting.
7. Manages the Change Boards.
8. Ensures the "end-to-end" traceability of every change request including assignment to Baseline and/ or Target Configuration.
9. Ensures completeness, correctness, clarity and timeline.
10. Reports CCM process performance (KPIs) and derivates and manages actions.
11. Ensures the necessary Configuration and Change Management tools are in place including all interfaces (e.g. Partners).
12. Supports analyzing, reviewing and maintaining CCM related risks and opportunities.
13. Ensures that physical and functional CCM audits are performed.
14. Ensures configuration is formalized and adequate at any time to deliver the configuration and change documentation to the stakeholders (e.g. customer, supplier, partner).

Requirements:

1. Graduate of University Degree in any of Engineering/Project Management/Business Management or equivalent - desirable.
2. Profound understanding of Configuration & Change Management and how its related processes such as Requirements Management, Data Management and Document Control inter-relate with the Business Processes.
3. Experiences in Business Process Management, Project Management, Risk Management, Supply Chain, Engineering and Industrialization.
4. Experiences in working in an international environment.
5. Fluent English language skills.
6. Very good German as a must.
7. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a relevant role as a must.
8. Leadership skills.
9. Knowledge of the AT standard information systems of the digital chain (SAP, PLM, Change Tools, etc.).
10. CMII certificate - desirable.
11. Strong multi-tasking skills.
