Summary
For the “Cyberspace & EW” division, we are looking for a “Project Manager Tactical EW Systems (f/m/d)” for the program department for Dutch-German tactical EW systems at the Ulm location as soon as possible. The department is the central point of contact for the acquisition and management of all bilateral projects in the field of tactical electronic warfare for the Netherlands and Germany. The department's tasks also include close cooperation with key subcontractors and project teams in South Africa at our subsidiary GEW as well as in our newly established “Land EW Center of Competence” in the Netherlands.

Your Tasks

1. Taking on extensive project management activities with a focus on subcontractor management
2. Independent and autonomous handling of projects in terms of time, costs and quality
3. Preparation of offers in cooperation with internal stakeholders including sales (bid management)
4. Monitoring and reporting on project progress (including KPIs and reporting)
5. Creation, maintenance, monitoring and controlling of project plans (including EPM-MUST)
6. Technical management of the project and bid team including local employees in our subsidiary GEW in South Africa and our “Land EW Center of Competence” in the Netherlands
7. Coordination with internal and external stakeholders such as customers, users, contractual partners and suppliers

Your Profile

1. Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, communications engineering, industrial engineering or similar
2. Many years of experience and very good knowledge of project and bid management, ideally across different companies and cultures
3. Several years of experience in the technical management and motivation of teams
4. Confident handling of Microsoft Office and MS Project Server as well as expertise in the use of documentation, planning, control and management systems
5. PMP certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI) desirable
6. Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as good presentation and conflict resolution skills
7. Business fluent in German and English
