PROJECT MANAGER SUSTAINABILITY
(f/m/d)

At any time, full-time or part-time, permanent contract, during the week often on site with our customers, on Friday typically in our Munich office.

Your mission

1. You accompany and lead exciting Sustainability projects on site for our international and national customers.
2. You develop sustainability strategies together with top management, strategy departments, and sustainability responsibles.
3. You support the expansion of the H&Z sustainability network and further enhance the H&Z sustainability offering.
4. You are responsible for the development of our analysts and junior consultants on the projects.

Your profile

1. A completed master’s degree from a well-known university.
2. A minimum of 4 years professional experience in sustainability strategy with another management consultancy or with an international, market-leading company, ideally with leadership and project experience.
3. A deep and fundamental understanding of sustainability management and reporting.
4. You are fluent in English and German.
5. Additionally, a high affinity for situations and people will increase your chances with us.
