About the Role

We’re looking for a seasoned Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact aerospace projects across Europe. You’ll coordinate multidisciplinary teams and international partners in the delivery of next-gen space hardware and innovation programs—working on flagship initiatives that shape the future of satellite and space infrastructure.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, international team in a hands-on, agile environment where your contribution truly matters.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of strategic aerospace programs
• Coordinate international project teams and external stakeholdersN
• Navigate regulatory frameworks and funding mechanisms
• Ensure documentation, reporting, and compliance with relevant standards
• Foster strong collaboration across internal engineering, operations, and client teams

Your Background

• 10+ years in aerospace or space-related project management
• Experience managing large EU-funded or international tech projects
• Strong stakeholder engagement and cross-functional leadership
• Knowledge of compliance and export control processes
• Fluent in English (C1); German is a plus
• Bonus : PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certifications
