To strengthen our team at the Mainz site, we are looking for a Project Manager R&D (m/w/d).

Your main tasks:

1. Project Management of new product development, product improvement and other cross-organizational projects
2. Support the IVDR program and US launches of selected products for the Mainz site
3. Establish key milestones, deliverables and monitor project progress
4. Report on project status, give early warnings and develop plans to mitigate risks
5. Facilitate team meetings
6. Lead technical and scientific discussions to drive project completion
7. Foster the decision-making process

You bring with you:

1. Scientific education (minimum Master)
2. Project Management experience or trained in Project Management Methodology
3. Experience in development of in-vitro diagnostics or medical devices (development of ELISA tests)
4. Understanding of the Design Control Process and the Development Process
5. Knowledge of regulations, standards (e.g. IVDR, 510(k), CLSI guidelines), and quality management systems
6. Comprehensive understanding and ability to analyze scientific study data
7. Fluent English and German
8. Timeline and results driven
9. Lead matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders
10. Ability to adapt to sudden changes
11. Find solutions for processes not yet established
12. Communicate efficiently with different levels in the organization
13. Ability to manage multiple projects in parallel
14. Proactive to potential challenges and find resolutions
