What you'll do

• As a Project Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the execution of complex international plant construction projects, overseeing them from initial planning to handover to the respective Knauf entities.
• You'll manage all project coordination, lead all stakeholders, and ensure seamless internal and external communication.
• Independent negotiations with Knauf companies and suppliers will be part of your role to secure favorable terms and successful partnerships.
• You will ensure strict adherence to time schedules, budget constraints, and technical requirements to bring projects to a successful conclusion.
• Support and participation in cross-functional activities will foster collaboration and alignment across departments.

Who you are

• You possess a technical degree, preferably in mechanical engineering, which provides a strong foundation for this role.
• With extensive project management experience in the plant engineering sector, you have a proven track record of leading and delivering successful projects.
• Goal-oriented and systematic in your approach, you excel in negotiations and demonstrate assertiveness in various situations.
• Due to the international nature of our assignments, English language skills are essential, and additional language skills may be beneficial.
• Willing to travel frequently, you are adaptable and eager to participate in global project efforts.
