Your Responsibilities: You are our go-to person for commercial PV projects – from the initial feasibility analysis to the final execution.
Efficient Execution: You plan, coordinate, and manage to ensure our projects run smoothly, efficiently, and on time.
Analysis & Evaluation: You assess new projects for feasibility, economic viability, and technical implementation – and find solutions when things get tricky.
Teamwork & Communication: You keep all stakeholders aligned, from our PV roofing and electrical teams to external partners.
Structured Processes: You document everything clearly and systematically – ensuring everyone knows what, when, and how things happen.
Continuous Improvement: You are eager to help shape and enhance our processes – working closely with our Director of Operations.
What Makes You a Great Fit:
You have a degree in Renewable Energies, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a comparable qualification with a strong business understanding.
You have experience in implementing PV projects or working in the renewable energy sector – ideally combined with project management skills.
Large-scale systems (>100 kWp) are nothing new to you – whether as a project manager, planner, or with direct on-site experience.
You work in a structured, independent manner and take full ownership of your projects.
You remain calm under pressure and find pragmatic solutions to challenges.
You communicate clearly, at eye level, and can manage various stakeholders effectively.
You want to develop professionally and continuously optimize processes.
Bonus points if you have experience with PV planning tools or have worked as a PV installer.
A Class B driver's license – in case you need to visit a project site.
