Responsibilities
- Support the annual global talent management cycle, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Develop and drive internal and external communication and support global strategic HR initiatives (e.g. diversity and inclusion, employer branding).
- Manage and continuously improve our global leadership development programs (e.g. mentoring, peer-to-peer coaching).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive organizational initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives (e.g. female network).
- Analyze and assess the effectiveness of development programs, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications
- Min. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Studies or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in people development, organizational development, or a similar role in a global organization.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple global programs independently.
- Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, with a passion for driving change and making a difference.
- Good knowledge of MS O365, e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams; ideally Clipchamp.
