What you'll do
- You will lead and coordinate projects within the Gypsum Recycling Competence Center, evaluating different value chains and supporting the development of business cases in preparation for investment decisions.
- Ensuring the safety of yourself and others by following company health and safety procedures is essential for successfully performing the role.
- You will travel and communicate with our business units and country organizations across Europe to support local recycling projects and new collaborations.
- Compliance with country-specific environmental legislation will be part of your responsibilities.
- You will improve and maintain existing circular economy activities in gypsum recycling.
Who you are
- You possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- Fluency in English is essential and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Previous experience in building materials and/or project management is required as well as familiarity with SAP would be beneficial.
- You have a strong understanding of recycling processes and environmental legislations.
- Excellent communication skills are part of your repertoire, allowing you to liaise with multiple departments at all levels.
