Project Manager Fulfillment Services (m/f/d)

AY Fulfillment & Services is part of the Partner Operations & Services division. We specialize in managing, optimizing, and developing new services for the ABOUT YOU business as well as the external marketplace business of our partners.

As a Project Manager Fulfillment Services (m/f/d), you will be responsible for optimizing key e-commerce processes within strategic projects. From setting service standards to implementing process improvements, your expertise ensures that our partners benefit from best-in-class services. Working closely with other ABOUT YOU teams (e.g., in logistics or IT), you will play a crucial role in shaping extensive projects. Sounds exciting? Then apply now!

Responsibilities

Independent project management: from business case evaluation, through requirement definition, to project conception, implementation, and control.

• Continuous optimization of our services and the related processes along the partner journey.
• Development of measures for managing and scaling services, e.g., pricing of logistics services within the framework of Fulfillment by ABOUT YOU.
• Support in the introduction of new features in the area of new solutions, such as Multi-Channel Fulfillment.

Requirements

Above-average university degree, ideally in a business-related field.

• 2-3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, consulting, or a digital environment.
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in developing solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
• Strong interest and good understanding of data handling and technical interfaces.
• Strong personality and enthusiasm for working in a dynamic environment.
