For an important international company operating in the retail fit-out sector, we are looking for a Project Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Operational and strategic management of multi-country projects in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).
• Monitoring of timelines, quality, costs, and customer satisfaction with timely reporting.
• Coordination of suppliers and partners for installation and product supply.
• Budget and cost management: offers, forecasts, cost control, invoicing, and approval of estimates.
• Collaboration with internal teams and clients to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Active participation in meetings with stakeholders and management of relationships at various organizational levels.
Candidate Profile:
• Degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field.
• Solid experience of at least 3/5 years in project management within the Furniture/Interior Fit-Out sector, preferably in retail or physical branding.
• Excellent command of German and English (both spoken and written).
• Familiarity with KPIs, cost structures, and business reporting.
• Excellent organizational, relational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, Project, and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, collaborative spirit, and confidence in managing stakeholders at various company levels.
