Project Manager – Engineering (Pharma Sector)

Location: Leipzig, Germany

Role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team for a long-term assignment with one of our key clients in Leipzig, Germany.

The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects within the pharmaceutical sector.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure
• Ensure project delivery in line with scope, budget, timeline, and quality standards
• Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams to define project objectives and deliverables
• Manage project resources and assign tasks to team members
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed
• Prepare and present regular status reports and project documentation
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards, regulations, and client specifications.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in engineering, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple stakeholders
• Fluent in English; knowledge of German is a plus
• Willingness to be based full-time in Leipzig, Germany for the duration of the project.
