Project Management Officer (m/f/d)

What you'll do

• Track adherence to the project methodology, including monitoring status reports and project plans.
• Manage the project's budget by tracking costs and ensuring the project stays within financial limits.
• Oversee portfolio management to ensure that projects are aligned with organizational goals and resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor and follow up on action items from project teams to ensure timely completion.
• Support the Program Manager with project information and demand management by organizing project meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes.

Who you are

• Proven experience in project management or a similar role, with at least five years in the industry.
• Ideally hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, or a related field; PMP certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey information, facilitate collaboration, and keep stakeholders aligned.
• Detail-oriented, technical focus, and excellence in interpersonal relations and multitasking round out your profile.
