The Project Director acts as an entrepreneur in large automotive projects, with accountability starting from the acquisition phase and concluding with the end of production.

As the head of a large project team within Electrification (High Voltage Box), you will oversee all disciplines required for professional project execution.

• Responsibility for the overall project success in terms of quality, timing, and profitability in an innovative and challenging project environment.
• Your success in project execution is supported by dedicated accountabilities of the disciplines allocated to your project organization.
• A high team spirit and the flexibility of a matrix organization enable you to continuously optimize and adjust the required team and competence structure.

• Identification of business opportunities and leading your quote team during the acquisition phase.

• You are confident in applying established project management techniques to lead and steer the project throughout all product development phases.
