The position holder represents the subject area "Entrepreneurship in the construction business" in the Bachelor's and Master's degree programs of the Faculty of Architecture - Civil Engineering - Geomatics.
The main focus of the teaching activities is the construction and implementation of courses for the teaching of entrepreneurial competencies, leadership skills and scientific working techniques, including organizational, business management and legal issues in the context of planning, construction and operation of buildings or infrastructures. Special emphasis is placed on the development and implementation of innovative and interdisciplinary teaching and learning concepts. We also emphasize close integration into the research activities of the department.
Furthermore, we expect you to have excellent scientific and practical credentials and a degree in architecture, civil engineering or a related field of study, or in economics or law. Your competencies in the mentioned areas of teaching should be demonstrated by several years of relevant professional experience in management and/or business development in the construction business. Ideally, you also have professional experience in the field of process and project management, and you are open towards interdisciplinary tasks. You are highly motivated to support and encourage our students, in their diversity, in their professional and personal development.
