1. In your role as Professional Trainer Digital Health Solutions (m/f/d), you will develop, implement and conduct training courses with a focus on our Digital Health Solutions and the accompanying sales strategies.
2. The key target groups for you as a trainer are our colleagues in sales and sales-related roles throughout the EMEA region.
3. You will continuously improve your training courses based on ongoing evaluation of the products in the market, as well as training success, quality and sustainability, in line with business needs.
4. You will develop and implement new training concepts in collaboration with local and global stakeholders, including blended learning strategies and the development of fitting learning materials.
5. You will cooperate closely with other trainers to ensure training offerings are consistent and efficient.
6. As a valued contact partner, you will closely cooperate with the EMEA Business Units and Product Management teams, as well as Global training and PM teams.

Qualifications:

1. You have successfully completed your studies in educational sciences, information technology, natural sciences studies or any other technical, medical or scientific field.
2. You have several years of professional experience relevant to this role, preferably as a trainer in the IT, Digital Solutions or Medical Device fields or industries.
3. Ideally, you also have experience in sales and are familiar with the health care industry.
4. You have an affinity and enthusiasm for medical technology.
5. You have excellent communication skills and you are fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
6. Your strengths include excellent presentation skills, a structured working style, as well as a solution-oriented mindset.
7. You have a good knowledge of operating systems and IT terminology.
8. You have a good knowledge of IT network topologies, their set up and maintenance.
9. You have technical and IT knowledge of Audio, Video, and computer systems.
10. You enjoy working in an international team and in a fast-paced environment.
11. You are willing to travel (approx. 20 %).
