A leading BPO company is seeking a German-speaking Payroll Specialist to join their team in Essen, Germany. If you have experience in payroll processing, HR administration, and German labor law, this is your chance to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment!

Employment Type: Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee data, attendance, absences, and leave records.
  • Assist in payroll processing and related accounting tasks.
  • Ensure compliance with German labor laws and payroll regulations.

Employee Support & Documentation:

  • Provide support and guidance on HR-related matters.
  • Issue necessary certificates and employment documentation.
  • Perform general administrative tasks and collaborate with management.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Fluent German (C1) and English (B2+).

Experience: At least 1 year of German payroll processing & labor law knowledge.

HR & Payroll Background: Experience in HR administration or payroll accounting is a plus.

Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills & accuracy in payroll tasks.

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in office software & productivity tools.

Work Authorization: Must have a valid work permit for Germany.
