Production Supervisor MFT

• Supervising the production area to ensure the goals are met
• Organizing and optimizing the production area
• Ensuring the quality of the products delivered
• Managing and developing employees

Your profile :

• Successfully completed vocational training as an industrial mechanic (m / f / t), precision mechanic (m / f / t), or mechatronics engineer (m / f / t) with several years of professional experience
• Independent, responsible, and cooperative way of working
• Strong communication and teamwork skills as well as flexibility
• Experience in leading a team with at least 20 employees
• Knowledge of machining is desirable
• Experience with lean manufacturing tools (6S, SMED, etc.)
• Knowledge of ISO standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Characterized by an independent, imaginative, and goal-oriented way of working, along with a friendly and confident demeanor
