Main Responsibilities

• Coordinate the audience attending the set.
• To be the contact person for all suppliers of the set and venue involved in the production (schedules, changes in needs, equipment expansion, material requests).
• Attend to production needs that may arise in other departments (search for new suppliers, printing, purchase of materials...).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve
• Access control of suppliers in the venue (personnel lists, accreditation requests).
• Organization of the material generated in the shooting and set (props, purchases, etc.).
• Support to the video team on outdoor shoots (request for permits, purchases, equipment rental).

Requirements

• Good attitude and disposition towards the assigned tasks will be a priority, but also flexibility in the face of changes and new tasks that arise in an improvised way.
• Passionate about the audiovisual industry and eager to work on a variety of sports and entertainment programs and events in close collaboration with a diverse and talented cross-functional team.
• Enthusiastic and proactive professional who builds collaborative relationships with teammates and is eager to learn and grow with us.
• Ability to follow instructions and operating procedures.
• Availability to work weekends, if necessary.
• Basic communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience in a production environment is desirable but not essential.
• Proactive, decisive, autonomous and organized person who approaches a project with energy and passion and is able to work on different projects at the same time under pressure.
• Adaptability and quick learning
• Commitment and dedication to achieve the objectives of the team and the company.
• Organizational and analytical skills and the ability to manage several projects at the same time.
