Production Pass-Off Test Engineer (m/f/d) in Dahlewitz near Berlin.

Key Accountabilities:

1. Carrying out engine tests according to specifications, also at other locations, working in early/late shifts incl. Once a month, Saturday work is welcome.
2. Evaluation of performance parameters, trend analysis of the performance parameters and classification within the engine family, including troubleshooting and problem elimination.
3. Planning, project planning, preparation and provision of tests, test facilities and test equipment in compliance with agreed deadlines and cost targets.
4. Operation of the testbed systems in accordance with applicable guidelines; technical guidance of assembly personnel.
5. Logistical support of the test bench operation, ensuring the availability of all equipment.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Completed studies in aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or similar qualifications.
2. Comprehensive knowledge of the functioning of aircraft engines and turbo-machinery.
3. IT skills (MS Office).
4. Commitment (initiative), motivation, willingness to travel and flexibility.
5. Team and communication skills.
6. Ability to deal with conflict and under pressure.
7. Very good written and spoken German and English skills.
