What you'll do
- In this role you will define the product vision and roadmap, identifying growth opportunities while providing clear direction to partially agile development teams and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that all requirements are articulated effectively.
- By developing use cases and prioritizing user stories, epics, and themes you will assess the value of features to ensure that all work aligns with the overall product strategy and objectives.
- To optimize workflow and productivity you will plan and prioritize the product feature backlog and manage development cycles to maintain a focus on delivering high-priority features and conducting iteration planning.
- Ensuring everyone has a shared understanding of what needs to be delivered you will develop comprehensive product feature specifications that clearly communicate expectations and requirements to relevant teams.
- Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of sprint/release goals being responsible for the end-to-end delivery chain.
Who you are
- Ideally you bring a degree in Informatics or Business Informatics or a similar field and demonstrated strong technical leadership and people management skills with a strategic focus on driving decisions that enhance team performance and collaboration.
- You are skilled in conflict resolution and negotiation, effectively influencing outcomes through strong interpersonal and motivational abilities that foster team unity.
- To ensure clarity in all interactions you possess excellent communication skills, while maintaining a proactive risk management mindset to identify and mitigate potential challenges.
- To optimize project delivery and outcomes you combine project and program management expertise with technical and business knowledge with experience in agile frameworks.
- You hold in-depth subject-matter expertise in EDI message types and data exchange protocols, with a thorough understanding of the EDI process in SAP (ECC and S/4HANA), including AIF and iDOC knowledge, as well as familiarity with SAP modules and intercompany business processes.
