You will be the Product Owner and Consultant of an innovative digital platform for one of our international clients and take on business responsibility for that digital platform. In this role, you are responsible for driving our commercial growth: you will be managing the overall platform budgets and initiate and lead business development initiatives to acquire new projects.

Your Tasks

• As a Product Owner you work closely with both sides (the client and the internal teams) to deliver the best possible results
• You understand clients' objectives, consumer/user needs, and the creative as well as the technical solutions that help both sides
• You convey the product vision to the team and refine it with your colleagues
• You take on the end-to-end business responsibility of the digital program/platforms that supports our clients to grow their business
• You manage our budget with the client and drive our revenue growth with the client by developing and leading business development initiatives
• You develop the backlog, prioritize epics and stories to align with the overall business, product and brand strategy, assess value/return on investment, and manage the cost proposal process, budgets, and budget alignment with your client
• You embrace the next AI and digital trend and are eager to turn it into valuable opportunities for our clients
• You know how to set up, handle, and work an end-to-end approach: from brand challenges and user needs to an actionable and inspiring strategy and the respective set of KPIs
• You empower your team by coaching on agile ways of working providing vision, direction, and methodology
  
  

Your Profile

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a digital consultancy, start-up incubator, or a comparable environment
• A sound understanding of web technologies and digital product development as well as know-how in dealing with a comprehensive set of agile methods
• An agile mindset and substantial experience working in agile web platforms or communication projects
• A convincing portfolio and a proven track record of client projects are a must
• Strong commercial acumen with proven track record in revenue growth, budget management, and business development
• A skilled yet pragmatic way of handling agile approaches and tools with a focus on results and delivery, ideally already with the help of AI-powered tools
• Great presentation skills and the will to use them
• Team player attitude and willingness to constantly improve you and your work
• Fluent in German and English
