We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager to take ownership of growing our reach both online and offline. Your role will span from lead generation and acquisition (SEO ads and Instagram) to running campaigns with our customers at store locations, popups, and online events. You will also be responsible for writing case studies, helping us implement product-led growth strategies, and building a global community of resellers.

This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution. You should be comfortable switching between analytical work (tracking campaigns, optimizing ad spend) and creative tasks (content creation, storytelling, community building). You will work closely with the founders and have the freedom to experiment, iterate, and directly see the impact of your efforts. You may have worked at a startup before, started one yourself, or hope to in the future.

Tasks

We are at an exciting point; our product is in high demand and our focus is on scaling our presence. That means:

  • You will run campaigns that directly influence our growth and see immediate results.
  • You will have the autonomy to test new ideas and adjust quickly based on what works.
  • You will help shape how resellers and secondhand stores discover and engage with CircleHand.
  • Drive product-led growth by optimizing onboarding, analyzing user engagement, and creating marketing initiatives that increase adoption and retention.

Requirements

We are looking for someone with at least two years of experience in product marketing, ideally with a mix of digital and offline campaign experience. If you have worked with e-commerce, resale, or community-driven brands, even better.

  • You are treated like a grownup. Set your own goals, hours, and pace. We trust you to get things done without micromanagement.
  • Profit-sharing bonuses: 10% of company profits are shared with the team, rewarding great work like a freelancer with job security.
  • 1 meeting per week: Just one short check-in on Monday; everything else is async. Focus on work, not meetings.
  • Your own company credit card: In other words: No purchasing process. If you need something, just buy it.
