Product Manager (m/f/d)

To develop and execute our product strategy, we're looking for a driven, dedicated and highly analytical Product Manager who values moving quickly. You will design, strategize, execute, and prioritize how we successfully evolve the Yatta Platform into a market-leading ecosystem that sets—and raises—the bar on the international stage.

Together with our engineers, designers, and marketers, you’ll bridge the gap between the technical and business worlds, helping design and develop our platform. You will drive the Platform’s growth across web, mobile and API interfaces, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for our rapidly expanding user base. You should be an ecosystem thinker, someone who can empathize deeply with users, has a keen eye for design, and possesses strong business acumen while being outcome oriented.

You’ll play a crucial role in shaping the future of the Yatta Platform. Your efforts will be key to hyperscale growth and long-term impact while accomplishing our company mission.

Your key responsibilities

• Excel at eliciting requirements and translating customer feedback into detailed product requirements, narratives, and technical specifications, while maintaining a sharp focus on their needs to drive innovative product strategies.
• Develop and execute product strategies to grow and enhance the platform, prioritizing high-impact development investments.
• Oversee the end-to-end product development of the platform, from ideation to launch, including writing PRDs, creating functional specs, and setting clear priorities.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, content, operations) to break down the product vision into well-scoped projects, and ensure smooth execution, delivering outstanding products to our customers.
• Build user experiences that are valuable, simple and intuitive, rooted in user research and empathy.
• Drive product roadmaps, prioritize impactful features, and deliver products that solve customer problems while enhancing market competitiveness.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategies and identify opportunities.
• Foster a team culture of high-velocity decision-making and learning, maintaining a high excellence bar to ensure products deliver real value to our customers at scale.

Your qualifications

Basic education and skills

• Bachelor‘s degree or higher in a technology, business, or related field.
• Exceptional critical thinking, conceptual reasoning and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German proficiency is a plus.

Relevant work experience and track record

• 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience working in SaaS or web-based technology environments.
• 3+ years with a proven track record of taking products from concept to successful launch.
• Extensive experience working in technical environments with cross-functional teams (e.g., engineering, design, legal, etc.) to define product requirements, coordinate resources, and drive milestone achievement.
• Relevant experience with analytical, project management and product development tools.

Personality and way of working

• Deep understanding of the product craft—and an expert at managing the entire product lifecycle, including gathering diverse stakeholder requirements, conducting competitive research, integrating customer feedback, prioritizing developments, and overseeing pre/post-launch execution.
• Driven self-starter capable of leading design discussions effectively to create innovative product solutions that drive product goals and go-to-market strategies that keep our customer needs front and center.
• Adept in product development methodologies, design practices and cross-functional processes.
