Position Overview

Insulet Corporation is one of the fastest growing medical device companies thanks to the global success of the Omnipod Insulin Management System in reducing the daily burden for people living with diabetes.

The Product Manager, International Consumer Marketing position is responsible for working with the International Marketing Manager to develop & implement regional marketing initiatives which drive lead conversion & customer retention, across the markets in the International Region (all markets excluding USA).

A key objective of the role is to support the growth in the customer base through helping drive new customers starting on Omnipod and minimizing user attrition across the diverse markets of the International region. This position will work very closely with rest of the International Marketing Team, as well as the Global Marketing teams, Country Marketing & Inside Sales Teams, Customer Care, Legal, Medical, Regulatory & agency partners.


Responsibilities

  1. Works with internal partners in the formulation of coherent marketing strategies and annual marketing plans and initiatives.
  2. Works with internal partners & external agencies to develop highly engaging content/creative for marketing communications targeted at people living with diabetes.
  3. Works with internal partners & external agencies to develop highly engaging content/creative which helps nurture leads to increase the likelihood & accelerate them to start on Omnipod.
  4. Works with internal partners to measure the performance of marketing programmes & drive insights/learnings to optimize activity to drive lead conversion and reduce attrition.
  5. Works with Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM teams to develop and deploy email marketing communications to drive lead conversions and reduce attrition.
  6. Provides strong support for the markets in the International region by supporting the implementation of regional/global campaigns & scaling best practices across the region.
  7. Identification of consumer insights to leverage in communication plans.
  8. Evaluate effectiveness & ROI of lead nurture campaigns to drive continuous improvement of DTC activity.
  9. Ensure the brands identity is consistent across communication channels.
  10. Support the development & execution of the European direct to consumer (DTC) communications strategy to drive lead conversion and build customer retention.
  11. Support international markets launching Omnipod 5 by developing and executing launch activities.

Education And Experience

  1. Bachelor's degree required (with a concentration in Marketing preferred).
  2. Demonstrated experience in a consumer marketing-driven organization.
  3. Demonstrated experience with marketing campaigns to consumers/customers – developing engaging communication.
  4. Experience with email marketing and CRM preferred.
  5. Experience working within a regional or global team preferred.
  6. Prior experience of working within the Diabetes industry preferred.
  7. Prior experience of developing communications within a regulated environment (eg. Pharmaceuticals, Medical Devices, Consumer Healthcare) preferred.
  8. Fluent in English - German & French language skills are a plus.

Travel

This is a regional role, across multiple geographies, so periodic travel will be required – this will be to attend meetings in key markets, attend trade shows/conferences, join sales teams on healthcare professional calls or attend research.


NOTE: This position is eligible for hybrid working arrangements (requires on-site work from an Insulet office at least 1x/week; may work remotely other days).
