Product Manager App (m/f/d)

Our Shop Applications Team constantly improves the App, Mobile Website and Desktop Website. These big-scale products are each visited by several million people every month. The team’s focus is to provide the most inspiring, convenient, intuitive, and easy-to-use shopping experience for our customers. They constantly challenge themselves to raise the bar of what is “state of the art” in customer-facing products.

What you will do

1. Work closely with the Product Lead and support stakeholder management our App - Discovery & Consideration circle and be a driving part of the ABOUT YOU mobile app team.
2. Coordinate the product development team by triaging operational issues, identifying technical dependencies, and assessing business impact.
3. Work data-driven, based on reports and analyses for deriving actions that are truly oriented towards our customers' needs.
4. Support the development of our Discovery & Consideration app features with a hands-on mindset by closely collaborating with developers, designers and QA’s. Assisting in testing, gathering requirements, and creating tickets.
5. Be part of an international product team and develop features for millions of users.
6. Work in a dynamic environment with flat hierarchies and fast decision-making processes.

Who you are

1. A deep understanding of technology, business processes and functional dependencies.
2. At least 2 years of experience in IT product management or IT project management, ideally with direct product ownership.
3. First-hand experience with UI design and/or development tool is a plus.
4. Experience in e-commerce is a plus.
5. Excellent communication skills and the ability to understand different perspectives easily.
6. You are analytical, data-driven and focus on efficiency and solutions.
7. Detail-oriented and customer-focused approach.
8. Practical and recent experience working with Jira and Confluence.
9. A proactive attitude, a sense of responsibility.
