Product Manager

Our client, a Ukraine-based startup registered in Switzerland, is focused on developing user-friendly staking solutions for top crypto assets. With an audited platform and $40M+ in Total Value Locked (TVL), we are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead and enhance our flagship product. This role will focus on building product-market fit and driving strategic growth.

Key Requirements:

• Product Management: 3+ years in blockchain, cryptocurrency, or fintech as a Product Manager.

• Marketing: collaborate with marketing specialists to develop go-to-market strategies, product messaging, and sales enablement materials to drive product adoption and revenue growth.

• Blockchain Knowledge: Deep understanding of PoS technology, industry trends, and competition.

Hard Skills:

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to create product and marketing strategies aligned with user and business needs.

• Analytical Skills: Market analysis, KPI tracking, and data-driven decision-making.

• Project Management: Skilled at coordinating cross-functional teams, setting goals, and meeting deadlines.

• Preferred background in digital marketing in Web3 or Blockchain space..

Desirable Skills:

• Technical Literacy: Basic understanding of IT and blockchain security.

• International Market Experience: Familiarity with global market dynamics and adaptation.

• Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of crypto and financial regulations, experience working with legal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Product Development: Define roadmap, conduct competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities.

• Marketing Strategy: Segment target audience, plan marketing campaigns, and develop key messaging.

• Team Coordination: Collaborate with development, design, and sales teams for seamless execution.

• Launch & Market Penetration: Drive product launches, monitor market response, and optimize as needed.

• Compliance: Ensure all marketing materials comply with regulatory standards.
