This R&D (Senior) Product Developer position will be within the Wella Professionals R&D Texture transformation team, to support the growth of our global Texture transformation and Care business.
The classic task of a Product Developer is to translate needs into technical benefits. By monitoring consumer & stylist behavior as well as the competitive landscape and trends & movements we identify opportunities for winning innovation. Product & service prototyping and benefit demonstration and visualization are core work areas, complemented by thorough technical documentation for global execution.
In this role you will be closely working with all R&D functions to develop the technical understanding and deliver solutions for the Texture transformation and Care innovation needs. Within this role you will also interact with the global commercial team, representing R&D in multifunctional team meetings.
