YOUR TASKS

• Global Process Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and maintain local procurement processes aligned with global standards and best practices. Proactively identify and resolve any discrepancies between local and global processes.
• Procurement System Strategy: Define and champion the procurement system strategy, outlining short-term, mid-term, and long-term goals and deliverables.
• System Transformation: Translate business needs into system requirements, driving a transformation towards best-in-class benchmarks. Lead system enhancement projects collaboratively, balancing effort and return on investment.
• System Configuration & Compliance: Ensure the procurement system configuration supports global processes and maintains full compliance. Oversee the local adoption and adherence to these global processes.
• System Solutions & Support: Develop and implement small-scale system solutions using tools like SharePoint, RPA, Power BI, and Excel Macros to boost efficiency. Provide support for sourcing process audits.
• Professional Growth: Attend industry conferences to stay current with best practices and expand your professional network.
• Project Leadership: Effectively coordinate and manage various procurement-related projects.

YOUR PROFILE

• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrated ability to analyze complex situations, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions.
• Procurement Expertise: Solid understanding of procurement regulations, best practices, and industry standards.
• Data Proficiency: Knowledge of data modeling, management principles, and best practices to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Independent & Multitasking: Ability to work autonomously, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Detail-Oriented & Accurate: Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry, maintenance, and all work performed.
• Sourcing Process Knowledge: Familiarity with sourcing processes, procedures, and best practices.
• Adaptability & Continuous Learning: A proactive approach to learning new technologies, tools, and processes to remain current in the evolving IT landscape.
