Responsibilities:

1. Exciting opportunity on a major CAPEX project for a procurement administrator to support a busy and growing department.
2. Coordinate the Procurement Director and team.
3. Department coordination, administrative tasks related to contract issuance, vendor interface and all RFQ correspondence.
4. Utilising associated systems such as SAP to raise and process invoices, issue payments, and liaise with local and international subcontractors and vendors.
5. Preparation of departmental agendas, reports, presentations, and minute taking.
6. Maintain procurement database in line with both project and corporate approved organisations.
7. Coordination of Executive site visits and onsite/off-site team events.

Requirements:

1. Fluency in German and English.
2. Experience in administrative tasks and associated documentation/systems.
3. Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office, CRM, or sales/invoicing software.
4. Strong commercial acumen and ability to interact with multiple key stakeholders both internally and externally.
5. A preference will be given to prior procurement or project controls administration; however, this is not essential.
