Nous sommes à la recherche de VOUS en tant que Process Manufacturing Engineering Engineer (m/f/d) pour notre site à Mühlhausen (Thüringen).

These challenges await you:

• You lead the industrialization of the new P1.
• You improve the production efficiency (machine & Direct Labor) in your perimeter.
• You capitalize and share the know-how of industrial processes in your domain.
• You participate in the design of new equipment and new lines.
• You lead the Lean design workshop.

You inspire us with that:

• You have a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in the field of engineering or a comparable degree.
• You have 3-5 years of experience in process and industrialization.
• You have knowledge on quality tools (capabilities, statistics, DOE).
• You have experience in PFMEA construction.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills.
• You have good synthetic presentation, planning and prioritizing skills.
• You speak English fluently.
