Tasks
PROCESS MANAGEMENT
Contact person for quality projects in the industrial area at the Donauwörth site
Participation in transnational project teams to optimize processes and quality standards
Development of improvement measures in connection with the Airbus process landscape
Support of operational areas in changes and improvements of quality processes
MANAGEMENT SUBCONTRACTORS
Selection and management of subcontractors, taking into account legal requirements and internal quality requirements
Creation and coordination of performance specifications for work packages in the area of quality and management of the entire subcontractor process from contract negotiations to completion
Monitoring and optimization of subcontractor performance in terms of quality, deadlines and costs, as well as proactive risk management measures
Identification and implementation of strategic opportunities to improve the supply chain and create economic benefits for Airbus Helicopters
Support of internal processes and regulations for the efficient awarding and management of subcontracting activities
Requirements
Successfully completed technical studies or a degree in economics
Several years of professional experience in the areas of project management and quality management
Proficient in MS Office
Fluent in German and English (min. C1)
A valid, unrestricted work permit for the European Union (no student visa) is mandatory
Negotiation expert with strong analytical skills as well as a structured and solution-oriented way of working
