Process and Data Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain Management

In your role as Process and Data Manager (m/f/d) Supply Chain Management, you are significantly involved in analyzing, planning, and optimizing the Europe-wide supply chain for medical demonstration devices.

You oversee the EMEA-wide end-to-end supply chain process for Medical Demonstration Devices (Demo), including procurement, inventory management, distribution, retrieval, and reprocessing.

You identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in your area of responsibility and initiate improvement measures, such as further process optimizations from order management to warehousing.

You develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely availability and reprocessing.

As part of a motivated project team, you develop a reliable KPI structure to monitor logistics performance, inventory control, and the utilization of demo equipment.

You support the development and optimization of the EMEA-wide Demo planning and execution software tool and build the link to operational stakeholders.

You are responsible for developing project objectives and creating project charters.

You coordinate, manage, and implement various projects, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and taking on the functional leadership of multiple project team members.

You are responsible for planning projects in terms of organization, staff resources, budget, scheduling, and risk assessment.

You identify process weaknesses and develop improvement projects to achieve efficiency gains and cost savings.

You assess customer requirements, identify risks, initiate suitable solutions, and design an efficient requirements management system.

To fulfill your tasks, you take product-specific supply chain requirements into account and observe and analyze the SCM market to spot applicable technology trends.

You actively apply your expertise to define initiatives and smart goals that contribute to project success and continuous process optimization.

You work agilely using the OKR method, consistently aligning your tasks and outcomes with the overarching departmental goals.

Qualifications

You have successfully completed your studies with a focus on business administration, engineering, logistics, or a comparable field of study.

You have several years of professional experience in (multi-) project management, preferably in supply chain, logistics, IT, and/or production.

You have proven experience in project management; experience in requirements management is desirable.

You have experience in managing cross-functional teams and coordinating between different departments.

You have experience with supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, WMS).

You have a high affinity for software-based processes and a high interest in new methods of KPI tracking.

You have good user skills in MS Project or a comparable project planning tool.

You are fluent in German and English (both minimum C1); further language skills are an advantage.

You are an expert in Excel and Power BI.

Advanced skills in SAP are beneficial.

You have knowledge of Lean Management; a Six Sigma certificate is advantageous.

Your strengths include strong analytical, planning, and coordination skills.

You are willing to continuously expand your knowledge to ensure project success.

You are willing to travel for project-related reasons (<10%).
