Role Overview

As an investment professional, you’ll be integral to the entire investment lifecycle—sourcing opportunities, conducting due diligence, financial analysis, deal structuring, and managing portfolio companies. This position offers a front-row seat to the world of private equity, collaborating closely with experienced professionals and contributing to impactful investment strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and analyse potential investment opportunities through rigorous due diligence and financial modelling.
• Support deal negotiations and structuring.
• Contribute to value creation initiatives within portfolio companies.
• Partner with senior team members on deal sourcing and execution.
• Stay abreast of market trends to identify strategic investment prospects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• 1–6 years of experience in consulting (MBB), investment banking (top-tier bulge bracket or boutique), or private equity.
• Expertise in financial modelling with strong analytical and communication skills.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modelling tools.
• Genuine passion for private equity and commitment to professional growth.
• Native German speaker.
