PRADA Visual Merchandising Manager CE (m/f/d)

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Visual Merchandising Manager (m/f/d) for Central Europe to join our dynamic PRADA team at our head office in Munich. As the Visual Merchandising Manager, you will oversee the visual merchandising strategy for the Central Europe region (NL, DE, AUT, CZ), ensuring that PRADA stores reflect the brand’s prestigious image, engage customers, and drive sales. You will work closely with our Retail teams and collaborate with stakeholders to implement stunning and impactful visual displays that align with PRADA's global standards.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for Visual Merchandising across PRADA Retail stores in Central Europe, as well as for the In-Store Visual Merchandisers in the region.
• Collaborate with the Retail Merchandising Department to implement appropriate styles for the market, customers, and season, based on products in stock.
• Lead the transformation of displays, mannequins, and window presentations to achieve optimal aesthetic impact and customer engagement.
• Set up and maintain in-store merchandising for the category, implementing received guidelines and design inputs based on sales trends, market peculiarities, customer targets, and reference competitors.
• Regularly visit stores across the Central Europe region to ensure that Visual Merchandising standards are consistently maintained.
• Collaborate with the Events Department for the implementation of in-store events, when required.
• Provide training to store staff to ensure displays are maintained according to corporate standards.
• Nurture a supportive rapport with counterparts across Central European stores, while fostering a close-knit relationship with Milan headquarters.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• A degree in Visual Merchandising, Fashion Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in luxury fashion visual merchandising.
• Proven track record in team management.
• Strong understanding of visual storytelling and the ability to translate concepts into engaging in-store displays.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for luxury fashion trends.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with additional language skills (e.g., German, Italian) being a plus.
