PRADA Retail Merchandising Manager Uomo (m/f/d)

JOB PURPOSE

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Retail Merchandising Manager Uomo (m/f/d) to join our dynamic PRADA team at our head office in Munich. As the Retail Merchandising Manager, you will oversee all Mans Product categories in the Central Europe region, analyze market trends, and collaborate with our Retail teams to optimize performance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsibility of Men Merchandising Categories in the Central Europe Region
• Preparation of reports, statistics, and analyses on trends and competitors
• Development of results-oriented sales and purchasing strategies
• Regular communication with our store staff and handling their inquiries
• Close collaboration with Visual Merchandising to implement purchasing strategies in-store displays
• Creation of presentations and evaluations
• Conducting product training sessions
• Independent preparation for purchasing new collections

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

• A degree in Business Administration, Fashion Management or a related field
• At least 3 years of expertise in fashion product purchasing and inventory management.
• Strong analytical skills and a passion for luxury fashion trends.
• Excellent English skills required
• Proficiency in MS Office is essential; SAP knowledge is advantageous
• Strong communication skills as well as coordination and organizational abilities
• Team spirit, initiative, and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
