Job Description

1. Oversee lease portfolios, ensuring compliance with covenants, timely payments, and accurate reporting to lenders and stakeholders.
2. Monitor loan agreements to ensure adherence, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
3. Maintain strong communication with lenders, equity partners, and senior management, providing clear analyses of financial performance.
4. Review and validate financial reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with investor expectations. Collaborate with internal teams, such as controlling and cash collection, to maintain data integrity.
5. Drive portfolio performance by identifying and implementing strategic initiatives to maximize returns.
6. Develop and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies.
7. Contribute to structuring new financing vehicles by leveraging portfolio expertise and partnering with the deal flow team.

Qualifications

1. Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA, CMA, or CFA preferred but not required.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in asset management roles, preferably with a focus on cashflow-intensive asset management businesses (real estate or infrastructure).
3. Knowledge of financial reporting, e.g., based on German GAAP.
4. Experience managing complex financial data, loans, and covenants.
5. Fluent German and English.
