As part of our IT services and transformation, we provide services along the Consult-Design-Build-Operate-Manage (CD-BOM) value chain. Key areas include project management and support for application and data center operations. Other areas of service and expertise include the replacement of legacy applications and the transition to 5G. We have organized key topics such as ITSM/ServiceNow into practices: Expertise combined with operational excellence.

The central supporting element in all our services is IT workforce transformation. In this way, we also address the problem of the ever-increasing shortage of skilled workers for us and our customers.

Responsibilities:

• Excel in developing high-quality presentations for board-level communications
• Conduct comprehensive cross-functional analyses of IT Infrastructure and Application topics, adjusting Power BI reporting for optimal program performance
• Perform quick data analysis to address ad-hoc requests and demonstrate proactive problem-solving abilities
• Collaborate within IT across infrastructure and applications teams to accurately depict program status and develop strategic directions
• Understand and refine existing Power BI reports to meet evolving program needs and data center metrics
• Craft new Power BI reports based on program needs and available data sources
• Draft and create ad-hoc data analytics to support data-driven decision processes
• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of program activities to ensure timely and frictionless completion
• Moderate status calls and management reviews

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree in Information Technology or Business Administration, or a related field
• Proven experience in program management, preferably within cloud landing zones, data center environments, or application migration projects
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Power BI, with a strong ability to create executive-level presentations and reports
• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing and interpreting large datasets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
• Experience with cloud migration projects is advantageous
• Knowledge of data center infrastructure and operational processes is a plus
• Experience using large language models and AI tools like co-pilot is a plus
