- Enable engineers to consistently deliver value to our customers by providing tools and processes for automated testing software quality and observability
- Build tools to drive the use of CI / CD and the adoption of platform components by our engineering teams
- Develop and advocate for automated testing practices from unit tests to end-to-end production tests
- Implement and oversee quality assurance tools like SonarCloud to ensure high code quality
- Build and maintain adaptable testing tools and frameworks that simplify the integration of automated testing into the development process
- Contribute to our observability and incident process using tools like Datadog and Incident.io
- Collaborate with product engineers to improve software delivery processes
- Share knowledge and best practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning
Qualifications:
- Passionate about improving the software delivery through automation and continuous improvement
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Golang, Kotlin, Python, Typescript, or similar
- Hands-on experience with CI / CD pipelines and related tools (e.g., GitHub Actions or GitLab CI)
- Experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.)
- Experience with automated testing on integration and end-to-end testing
- Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools (e.g., Datadog)
- Open-minded, collaborative, and comfortable working in an Agile environment
- Motivated, proactive, and a passion for helping others and improving processes
- Fluent English communication skills
