We are currently seeking a Plant General Manager for a leading automotive equipment manufacturer. This strategic role requires an experienced leader capable of managing a production team in a dynamic and evolving environment.

The Plant General Manager directs and manages all plant operations to ensure compliance and continual improvement in safety, quality, delivery, profitability, financial reporting, and business plant tracking.
Responsibilities
Inspire and Develop Your Team:

Operational Strategy:
- Develop innovative strategies and budgets to achieve ambitious goals in safety, delivery, quality, and costs.
- Implement and monitor safe work practices, conduct regular audits, and continually improve safety metrics.
Productivity and Efficiency:
- Meet or exceed productivity goals and ensure optimal labor flexibility.
- Ensure delivery targets are met or exceeded while maintaining high standards of quality and controlling costs.
Team Culture and Work Environment:

Financial Management:
- Develop and control budgets and profits to ensure sustainable growth.

Plant Operations:

- Ensure compliance with EHSMS policies and manage capital expenditures.

- Work closely with the Plant Staff Team to establish short and long-range operating tactics aligned with the company's strategic plan.
- Coordinate plant activities to meet corporate, group, and plant objectives.
