We are seeking candidates in the field of cancer biology to investigate how prominent PDAC driver mutations affect secretion and cargo content of small extracellular vesicles (sEVs, exosomes) to mediate intercellular communication in the tumor microenvironment and with distant metastatic niches.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join the exciting field of extracellular vesicle research to elucidate intercellular communication networks in pancreatic cancer. Candidates are expected to join the structured curriculum of the International Graduate School in Molecular Medicine Ulm (IGradU) PhD training program to acquire a PhD or Dr. rer. nat. degree.
