You support our team as:

Performance Media Manager (f/m/d)

Responsibilities

  • Lead our brands Performance Media Management and its implementation of Paid Digital Consideration and Conversion assets with our key countries.
  • Translate our ATL Advertising campaigns into Performance assets and campaign strategies.
  • Build performance media campaigns in terms of set-up, media management and asset management, and be gatekeeper of the Google and Meta Audiences Guidelines and playbooks.
  • Identify signals that consumers are sending, and optimize (for example) Google’s Performance Max and SEA campaigns in assets on a continuous basis for highest efficiency.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of working experience.
  • Degree in Economics / Business Administration with focus on Marketing, ideally Digital Management, Communication or Media management.
  • Proven track record in digital marketing, media management and ideally SEO.
  • Category insights (FMCG, Non-food) as an advantage.
  • Good Technical knowledge of all relevant tools for analytics and data management.
