Now we are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling and innovative digital experiences. You will work closely with various departments, fostering collaboration to drive the success of our projects.

Your role in a team:

  • Set up and optimise Google Ads campaigns driving results through strategic thinking and based on data-driven insights.
  • Conduct keyword research and build keyword strategies.
  • Co-own the advertising and testing strategy for Google Ads.
  • Plan, execute, and optimise conversion rates across platforms and products to achieve goals and KPIs, ensuring efficient budget allocation and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign data, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies to refine and improve campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, features, and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.

What you need to be successful:

  • Experience: At least 3 years of in-depth knowledge of Google Ads.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, conversion tracking, and other related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience in using structured approaches to problem-solving.
  • Proficiency in data-driven performance analysis, customer journey optimization, and A/B testing, as well as a deep understanding of tracking and analytics.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of meeting project deadlines.
  • Located in Germany.
