Your profile:
Education: Successfully completed a degree in Business Science, Business Informatics, Computer Science, or similar education and training
Experience: Several years of relevant practical and leadership experience, particularly in the context of business analysts teams (SAFe/Scrum), preferrable in the industrial insurance industry
Global collaboration: Regular experience in working and collaborating with international partners and stakeholders
Business Analysis Skills: In-depth knowledge of business analysis and requirements engineering methods as well as user experience methods, experienced in teaching and coaching in business analysis-related context
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership personality focused on collaboration, mentoring and empowerment, entrepreneurial and interdisciplinary way of working
Communication Skills: Well-developed communication and conflict management skills
Language Skills: Excellent German and English language skills (C1 level)
