Lightspeed is currently seeking a highly capable and dedicated full-time People & Culture Coordinator to join our team for a 12 month, fixed term period. We are looking for an exceptional candidate who possesses excellent organisational skills, values confidentiality, and pays meticulous attention to detail. You will report directly to the People Business Partner, playing a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our People & Culture function for Germany.
As the right hand to our People Business Partners, Payroll, and People Operations team members, you will play a critical role in managing the complete employee lifecycle, ranging from conducting onboarding sessions to ensuring HRIS data integrity and generating insightful reports. This role is truly the backbone of the function responsible for nurturing our most valuable asset: Our people.
