POSITION OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations across Europe. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals and drive organisational success. You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, optimising talent strategies, and fostering employee engagement.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
- Provide expert advice on employment laws, visa requirements, workplace policies, and best practices across Central Europe.
- Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and leadership development initiatives.
- Champion performance processes, coaching leaders to nurture employee growth and engagement.
- Lead HR support for organisational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee morale.
- Ensure consistent application of HR policies, maintaining full compliance with local labour laws.
- Implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen company culture.
- Gate keeper for competitive pay structures and benefits.
- Leverage analytics to inform decision-making and optimise HR impact.
- Maintain the HRIS system to the highest standard.
- Develop partnerships with external agencies.
- Occasional travel to other European sites.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:
- Relevant professional qualification.
- 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in an HRBP role, ideally in Managed Services, IT, or a dynamic multinational setting.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across Central Europe.
- Ability to build and influence strong stakeholder relationships.
- Problem-solving expertise.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Fluency in English and at least one Central European language (e.g., German, Italian) is preferred.
