POSITION OVERVIEW:

We’re looking for a proactive HR Business Partner (HRBP) to support our operations across Europe. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals and drive organisational success. You’ll play a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, optimising talent strategies, and fostering employee engagement.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  1. Work closely with senior leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that support business objectives.
  2. Provide expert advice on employment laws, visa requirements, workplace policies, and best practices across Central Europe.
  3. Drive workforce planning, succession strategies, and leadership development initiatives.
  4. Champion performance processes, coaching leaders to nurture employee growth and engagement.
  5. Lead HR support for organisational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and strong employee morale.
  6. Ensure consistent application of HR policies, maintaining full compliance with local labour laws.
  7. Implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and strengthen company culture.
  8. Gate keeper for competitive pay structures and benefits.
  9. Leverage analytics to inform decision-making and optimise HR impact.
  10. Maintain the HRIS system to the highest standard.
  11. Develop partnerships with external agencies.
  12. Occasional travel to other European sites.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  1. Relevant professional qualification.
  2. 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in an HRBP role, ideally in Managed Services, IT, or a dynamic multinational setting.
  3. Strong understanding of employment laws and HR practices across Central Europe.
  4. Ability to build and influence strong stakeholder relationships.
  5. Problem-solving expertise.
  6. Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  7. Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
  8. Fluency in English and at least one Central European language (e.g., German, Italian) is preferred.
