• Escalate more complex concerns to higher-level support when needed.
• Communicate clearly and promptly with employees to resolve concerns and prevent confusion.

Requirements:

• Native or fluent in German (C1 level) with strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as proficiency in English.
• Strong negotiation skills and empathy, with the ability to stay calm and focused on solutions during challenging situations.
